Introduction

King Varian Wrynn, ruler of Stormwind and gladiator in the Crimson Ring.

King Varian Wrynn, also known as "Lo'gosh", is the only son of King Llane Wrynn of Stormwind. He was a good friend of Arthas Menethil during his exile in Lordaeron following the destruction of Stormwind during the First War.

During the Stonemason Riots, his wife Tiffin was killed by a stray projectile. He was kidnapped by former members of the Stonemasons, now known as the Defias Brotherhood. He escaped, washing ashore along the coast of Durotar. He became a gladiator under Reghar Earthfury, earning the name "Lo'gosh" for his speed and ferocity.
